I think if you get someone good, it's a great spot. My sister had Jeff, who was amazing. However, I ended up with the woman working at the front desk (I think they may have been short-staffed), and unfortunately she was awful.
I went to Pepper for the first time yesterday and I will definitely be back!! The place is very clean and has real doors (not just curtains, like some other foot spas) which made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. Jeff did my combo massage and it was fantastic - especially the foot reflexology part. He also worked out all the knots on my back - but in a way that didn’t hurt, it felt good! Prices are very reasonable. Staff was friendly and kind. I love that they are open daily - makes it really convenient. Location is good and feels like a safe area. It’s right next to desperados, one of my faves!! I will definitely be back!!
